Key Ingredients
Milky Oats
Avena sativa
These oat tops were harvested during the peak of their season when their 'milky' white, nutrient-dense sap was running and tinctured fresh. Taken daily over longer periods of time, milky oats may help nourish and soothe the nervous system.*
Tulsi
Ocimum sanctum
Also known by the name holy basil, this delicious, sweet-smelling plant comes to us from the Ayurvedic tradition where it is revered as the most sacred of plants. Hindu adherents worship tulsi as the earthly manifestation of Tulasi -- one of the avatars of Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, wealth and happiness. Tulsi is considered an adaptogenic herb. It may help the body to adapt to stress and anxiety, uplift the spirit, and support cognition.*
Skullcap
Scutellaria lateriflora
Skullcap is a favorite relaxing nervine. Potentially supportive for anxiety, damaged nerves, and insomnia. An herbal ally for psychic protection when restful sleep is being interrupted by frequent, recurring nightmares.*
