How lucky are we to have such a generous, nutritious plant like nettle growing in abundance all around us? The profound virtues of nettle are worth the trouble a few stings! The seeds were harvested in their green state in the early fall and hung to dry for a few weeks before tincturing. I personally prefer to take my nettle seed tincture in the morning as I find it mildly stimulating. May support the normal, healthy function of the kidneys, the adrenal glands, and the endocrine system. Provides a nice little boost for those days when you'd rather not get out of bed.*
